Ms. Nadine has more than 10 years of experience as a Clinical Dietician and Diabetes Educator in Lebanon and Kuwait. She also worked as an assistant manager for more than 15 clinics while in Kuwait and owner of Nadine Hilal Clinics in Beirut Lebanon since 2017.
Ms. Nihal has a special interest in acquiring knowledge on the latest research in medical nutrition therapy for acute and chronic diseases and performs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to overcome patient’s obstacles and insecurities in health, nutrition and mental well-being.
