Paediatrics
Dr. Abdelazim is and experienced paediatrician with over 30 years practice in the field of paediatrics and child health. He is also a clinical associate professor in paediatrics. He worked in Sudan and Saudi Arabia before coming to the United Arab Emirates where he worked in Al Ain Hospital, school health and ambulatory health care where conducted speciality paediatric clinics in primary care including general paediatrics, well baby, enuresis, asthma, obesity, ADHD and joint paediatric and child psychiatry clinic. He is academically active and involved in teaching and examining medical students and resident postgraduate doctors in the fields of paediatrics, family medicine and psychiatry. He regularly presents at medical conferences in the UAE and abroad. Dr. Abdelazim participated in several research studies and published many papers in international medical journals. He was awarded the excellence in teaching award from the College of Medicine, UAE University and the Seha Abu Dhabi excellence award for the best doctor.
